History

My name is Wendell Whitmire, and I am proud to own General Heating & Air Conditioning. I worked my way through college installing heating and air systems. After receiving my BS in Business Management, I went to work for a local oil company as a Parts Manager and Service Dispatcher. I continued to fine tune my trade and worked my way up to Service Manager until I bought the service department in 1982 and started General Heating & AC. I have been involved with all types of residential and commercial projects including a Super Center. I now specialize in service, maintenance, repair, and replacement of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
